On Saturday September 11th, 2024, Sangeeta conducted a workshop at Lifelong Learning Payap University, Chiang Mai.
Sangeeta had the opportunity to explain to the participants what Ayurveda is, how it looks at Elements in nature and in our body, ways through which we are connected with nature and how factors affect Elements in our body.
