On Saturday August 17th, 2024, Sangeeta was invited to do a lecture on Ayurveda for Traditional Thai Medicine students at IDI Thai Massage School.
We talked about the basic principles of Ayurveda, what are Elements and Doshas, how to identify Doshas and how to balance the imbalanced.
This lecture was part of the Traditional Thai Medicine course to expose students to different healing philosophies around the world.
