Energy flows all around us and through us. Sometimes, however, we are not aware of how to incorporate that energy into our daily lives. Learning to allow that energy to flow through you helps revitalize your health and wellbeing in all aspects (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual), especially when complemented with physical exercises. This workshop aims to do exactly that by:

Exploring how Ayurveda describes energy (Prana) through the Five Elements
Gaining a perspective on energy (Chi) through Chi Kung
Teaching you breathing and Chi Kung exercises for increasing and maintaining your energy levels 

By the end of the workshop, you will have tools to help you become aware of and maintain your energy levels in your daily life.

This is a hands-on workshop so be prepared to be actively involved in the learning process!
