Personalized Treatment Program for Kids
(under 18 years old)
Sangeeta has experience treating children with imbalances ranging from the mind and emotions such as ADHD, insomnia, restlessness, anxiety to physical issues like irregular digestion, muscular aches and other areas of concern that come up as children are growing up. Using the fundamentals of Ayurveda, Sangeeta assesses and works on the child with other Natural modalities as well, such as Acupressure Reflexology, Meridian Therapy and CST.
Sangeeta believes and has experienced with the cases she has worked on, that improvements in the child are speeded up once the parents became an active part of the treatment program. Therefore, a very integral part of the treatment program also involves sessions with parents only as the child undergoes treatments. It is basically a collaboration between the child, the parents and the practitioner – all working together to achieve a state of balance and sustained well-being on all levels – physical, mental and emotional.

The Personalized Treatment Program for Kids is divided into 5 individual Personalized Treatment Sessions (1 Hour each):
Session 1
Sangeeta will talk to only the Parent in the first session to understand more about the Child’s predicament from the Parent’s perspective.
Sessions 2 – 5
This is where Sangeeta will work with the Child and will implement the most optimal treatment method(s). Treatment methods may include a combination of Acupressure Reflexology, Meridian Therapy, Shirodhara, Cranio-Sacral Therapy (CST) and others depending on the Child. Parent can accompany the Child in these Sessions.
NOTE: The Personalized Treatment Program for Kids is limited to ONE Parent and ONE Child only.
